Amanda Harper is an experienced public affairs professional who possesses strong leadership and consensus building skills, strategic communication and marketing management experience, and a proven track record in developing and administering public affairs and marketing programs. As the President of Gaeltek, Amanda manages the direction of the company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, as well as corporate communications. She has previously served as a Press Officer, Public Affairs Specialist and Information Officer for the US Department of State with numerous honors and awards, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team at Gaeltek.

Andy Harper

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Harper, a Glasgow, Scotland native, co-founded Gaeltek, LLC in 2004 as a managed services provider in the Washington, DC area. Since then Gaeltek has grown to include clients through the United States and Canada and has attained Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Small Business Specialist certifications, while leveraging the capabilities of Autotask and Level Platforms Managed Workplace. Andrew serves on Partner Councils for Axcient and Level Platforms and was named an Autotask Rock Star in 2010.

Prior to founding Gaeltek, Andrew attended the Royal Naval Engineering College and served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Navy for 17 years. Andrew then joined the British Council in Washington, DC, where he served as the IT Manager.

Andrew brings his extensive technical knowledge to the team at Gaeltek where he oversees the technical side of Gaeltek operations and account management responsibilities. Andrew is dedicated to providing businesses like yours with cost-effective and state-of-the-art IT solutions.

David Duff

David Duff is an experienced data processing professional with over 40 years of technical skills and leadership as a project manager, systems engineer, consultant, data administrator, database administrator, systems analyst, systems programmer, and mainframe programmer.

As a Senior Systems Engineer for Gaeltek, David plans,installs and maintains clients’ business technology, and also provides the reliable help desk support they can count on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
